Technic Enterprise & Technology is an ISO 9001:2015 certified precision machining specialist in Samut Prakan, Thailand, founded in 1986. We provide wire cut EDM, CNC machining, EDM and precision grinding with tolerances down to ±0.005 mm on selected processes, machining materials from tungsten carbide and hardened tool steels to stainless steels. WHAT WE DO

We specialize in high-precision machined parts — difficult materials such as tungsten carbide and hardened steels, thin-wall features, and dimensions held to ±0.005 mm. Most of our work is made-to-order from customer drawings, from single prototypes to recurring production lots.

OUR PRODUCTS

Our core specialty is in-process machine parts: wear parts and finger components for electronics and hard disk drive production machinery, manufactured to drawing as direct replacements. Our Buffer Stock Program keeps your production line running — place a blanket purchase order in advance, and parts ship within 1–2 days of each call-off.

FACILITIES

Everything is done in-house — wire cut EDM (Charmilles), CNC machining center (Makino), EDM, super drill, surface grinding, 6-axis Swiss-turn lathe and laser welding — verified with calibrated measuring instruments and a non-contact Vision Measuring System, with 100% dimensional inspection before every delivery.
