There is no fixed minimum. We accept single-piece prototype orders as well as recurring production lots. Many of our long-term customers started with one trial part.

Standard lead time is 2-4 weeks, depending on part complexity and material availability. Urgent jobs can be discussed case by case, and parts on our Buffer Stock Program ship within 1–2 days of each call-off.

Tungsten carbide, hardened tool steels — including cutting after heat treatment, stainless steels, titanium and superalloys. Difficult-to-machine hardened materials are our specialty. If your material is not listed, send the specification with your drawing and we will confirm.

We hold tolerances down to ±0.005 mm on suitable processes such as wire cut EDM, 6-axis Swiss turn CNC Lathe and precision glinding. The achievable tolerance depends on part geometry and material, so we confirm it during quotation against your drawing.

Yes. Every lot passes 100% dimensional inspection before delivery using calibrated instruments, including a non-contact vision measuring system, under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system. Full dimensional reports are available on request with every shipment.

In many cases, yes. If you have a worn or broken machine part but no drawing, we can measure the original part, prepare a drawing for your approval, and manufacture a direct replacement.

Yes. We have experience in shipping precision parts to overseas plants, with export documentation handled in-house.

Yes — this is our Buffer Stock Program. Place a blanket purchase order against your forecast; we manufacture in advance, hold finished parts, and deliver within 1–2 days of each call-off, so your production line never waits for machining lead time.

Our factory is on Srinakarin Road, Samut Prakan, Thailand — about 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport and convenient to the Bangpoo, Bangplee and Wellgrow industrial estates.
