PEEK MACHINING
Precision PEEK Machining Services in Thailand
Technic Enterprise & Technology machines parts from PEEK (polyetheretherketone), a high-performance engineering polymer used in place of metal in semiconductor, electronics and insulation applications. We accept anything from prototype work to continuous production, with a measurement report for every lot. Samut Prakan, Thailand — ISO 9001:2015.
Why Critical Parts Are Made from PEEK
High Temperature Resistance
Continuous service at around 250°C — far above ordinary engineering plastics — while retaining its mechanical strength at operating temperature.
Electrical Insulation & Chemical Resistance
An excellent electrical insulator that resists most chemicals and solvents, making it a standard choice in semiconductor equipment, insulating parts and corrosive environments.
Light yet Strong
Much lighter than metal but strong enough for many mechanical components — used to replace metal where weight or electrical conductivity is a problem.
Machining PEEK Takes Specific Know-How
PEEK cuts more easily than hard metals, yet holding accurate dimensions is not simple: the material expands with heat far more than metal, flexes under clamping, and its surface finish is sensitive to cutting parameters. We apply the discipline of our precision metal work — fixturing, cutting speeds and measurement — to keep critical dimensions of PEEK parts consistent across the whole lot. Achievable tolerance depends on part geometry and size, and we confirm the exact figure in our quotation.
Typical Applications
Parts, jigs and fixtures for semiconductor manufacturing · Electrical insulation components · Chemical-contact parts · Lightweight mechanical components — and we machine the full range of metals too, from hardened steels to carbide and Haynes 230 superalloy, so multi-material projects finish in one place.
PEEK Machining FAQ
How is PEEK different from ordinary plastics?
PEEK is a high-performance polymer with far greater heat and chemical resistance than common engineering plastics such as POM or nylon, so it works where ordinary plastics deform or degrade.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No fixed MOQ — prototype work is welcome.
What drawing format should I send?
A PDF drawing works fine for quoting.
Send Your PEEK Drawing for a Quote
