Frequently Asked Questions — Precision Machining Services

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No fixed minimum — we accept work from a single prototype piece to repeat production lots.

What is the standard lead time?

Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks depending on part complexity and quantity. Urgent jobs are considered case by case — tell us your required date when requesting a quote.

What materials can you machine?

Tungsten carbide, hardened tool steel, stainless steel, superalloys (Haynes 230), and other engineering materials by agreement.

What tolerances can you achieve?

Down to ±0.005 mm in selected processes such as wire cut EDM and precision grinding. Achievable tolerance depends on geometry and material — send your drawing for confirmation part by part.

What drawing file formats do you accept?

A PDF drawing is enough to quote.

Do you provide measurement reports?

Yes — every lot ships with a measurement report. A full Vision Measuring System report is available on request.

Can you export directly to overseas plants?

Yes. We are a registered importer-exporter with Thai Customs and ship directly to customer plants abroad.

Do you offer a buffer stock service?

Yes — place a PO against your forecast and we produce ahead and hold the stock, shipping within 1–2 days of your call-off (“Your Inventory, Our Shelf”).

Where is the factory located?

On Srinakarin Road, Samut Prakan, Thailand — about 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport.
